Mr. Asif Mahmood, is the Vice President and the
Chairman Education & Examination Committee of
the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of
Pakistan (ICSP), serving the institute since
last twelve years in various capacities. He is a
fellow member of ICSP, Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Pakistan
Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA).
He is also a member of the Economic Advisory
Committee, Financial Sector Committee and Public
Sector Committee of the ICAP. He has also served
on the Executive Committee of the Karachi Tax
Bar Association in the year 2001. He takes
active participation in professional activities
and a dedicated professional. He has vast
experience in the field Corporate Laws, Taxation
and Accounting. Beside his professional
engagements, he is presently working at the
State Bank of Pakistan in the capacity of
Additional Director.
